Tuesday: Rain and sleet, turning to snow late morning. Snow accumulations of up to 3 inches over northern Delmarva. 1-2 inches over Southern Delmarva. High 35. Wind: N 8-16 mph.
Tuesday Night: Clearing, breezy and colder. Low 22-23. Wind: NW 4-11 mph.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny and quite cold. High 34-36. Wind: NW 7-15 mph.
It will remain cloudy and cold for much of the week. Rain will redevelop Tuesday and change to snow in the late morning before ending around dark. There may be an inch or two of snow over areas south of Hwy. 50 with 2-3 inches and snowy roads north of Highway 50. A coating to an inch or two is possible over Worcester and Wicomico counties.
Skies will clear and it will turn even colder Tuesday night into Wednesday. It will stay dry and cold through Friday with milder temperatures on Saturday. Clouds will return Saturday and rain will likely return Saturday into early Sunday. It will clear and turn cold again Sunday.
